Minute and Far

Minute and Far plays with perspective, proportion through distortion, and the mechanics of time. This mixed media work is inspired by the stories, both real and imagined, of iconic Kingsbury Hall. For their grand opening in1930, the theatre opened it’s doors with the play Bluebird by Maurice Maeterlink. Elements of Minute and Far are inspired by the play's narrative—following the mystical journey of two children seeking to find, and bring home, the elusive bluebird of happiness.
